Job summary

Ramp is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement to lead technical discovery, design workflows, and pre-sale planning for enterprise P2P engagements. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape Ramp’s procurement capabilities and ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding.

In this role, you will own complex evaluations with C-suite stakeholders, translate procurement requirements into scalable solutions, and influence roadmap while traveling up to 30% for onsite

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, ERP, or similar technical implementation roles.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, AP, bill pay, and contract workflows.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing P2P solutions (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong technical acumen — API experience required, plus familiarity with SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM/SAML, and ERP financial objects
• Experience running enterprise evaluations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear solutions
• Ability to design future-state workflows and build pre-sale implementation plans

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for procurement workflows and vendor management.
• Validate technical requirements and design future-state workflows for Ramp’s procurement offering.
• Create pre-sale implementation plans with timelines and dependencies.
