Responsibilities

• Develops and assists TDEC divisions in solicitation specifications based on internal and external sources of information.
• Possesses and demonstrates strong knowledge of policies, procedures and execution strategy for multiple solicitation methods including RFP, RFQ, and RFI.
• Regularly represents TDEC and Grants and Contracts while speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides strategic advice and consultation to agency procurement and program staff to determine proper methods of procurement and strategy development and execution.
