Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and program management knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 5 years managing complex procurement programs, supplier contracts, and sourcing in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet procurement requirements.
• Strong contract knowledge and supplier management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement program plans aligned with project objectives and standards.
• Act as primary procurement contact to define requirements and supplier expectations.
• Plan and manage multiple procurement programs with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Build commodity-level procurement plans aligned to schedules and budgets.
• Lead the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to supplier performance management.
