Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, information systems or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, SAP) across P2P, CLM, SIM, Sourcing.
• Experience implementing efficient approval workflows to meet business needs.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills supporting applications development.
• Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications.
• Customer-service oriented and adaptable to change.
• Oil and Gas or similar industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple applications with a focus on procurement process related apps.
• Configure, maintain and administer application platforms to meet business needs.
• Act as SME for procurement platforms and advise on best practices.
• Manage user roles and permissions per least privilege principle.
• Govern workflow configurations and company settings across modules.
• Administer integrations with ERP and other procurement-related applications.
