Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, information systems or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, SAP) across P2P, CLM, SIM, Sourcing.
• Experience implementing efficient approval workflows to meet business needs.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills supporting applications development.
• Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications.
• Customer-service oriented and adaptable to change.
• Oil and Gas or similar industry experience.

Description du poste

Role: Support multiple applications with a focus on all procurement process related applications. Configure, Maintain and administer applications platforms to meet business requirements. Serve as the subject matter expert for the procurement related platforms, advising on best practices and system capabilities.

Access Management: Manage user roles and permissions. Administer restrictions across all modules following the principle of least privilege access.

Ownership and governance around workflow configurations and company settings across all modules.

Administer integrations with ERP and other applications integrated with procurement platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business related area, engineering or information systems or additional related experience.

4+ years of experience with procurement platforms such as: Coupa, Ariba or SAP with strong knowledge across all modules (P2P, CLM, SIM, Sourcing etc.).

Skilled in implementing efficient approval workflows that meets the challenging business needs.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc.

Extensive business and systems analysis skills that support applications development.

Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications

Must be customer-service oriented and adaptable to ongoing changes.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Oil and Gas or similar industry experience.
