Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior IT Functional Analyst - Procurement to configure, maintain, and optimize Coupa and its interfaces with SAP, Workday, Maximo, and other applications. The role focuses on enhancing procurement processes, resolving technical issues, and improving user experiences for internal customers.

You will gather business requirements, translate them into functional/technical specs, perform testing, and support supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Coupa experience with API/integration and XML expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of combined Coupa and SAP experience, ideally S/4 in a RISE environment.
• Minimum 5 years of technical ERP experience with ERP/Coupa implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Coupa and its interfaces with SAP, Workday, Maximo, and other applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to applications, interfaces, and business processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform testing, validation, and follow-up for system changes and enhancements.
• Support supplier onboarding in Coupa and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
