Job summary

PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Procurement Operations to lead end-to-end performance management of direct materials and contract manufacturing vendors. You will guide a 4-5 person team to ensure OTIF, CFR and quality targets through strong vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cost savings, supplier negotiations, and sustainability alignment across multiple spend categories. Hybrid work with on-site days in Gurnee, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain, procurement, or related areas with team leadership.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 to manage spend categories and vendor performance.
• Drive OTIF, CFR, and quality targets with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Implement procurement processes and cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Quality, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and execute cost-saving and value-creation projects with suppliers.
• Lead supplier negotiations and ensure contract terms are executed on time.
• Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives.
