You will manage a 4–5 person team, drive vendor performance, and implement cross-functional processes to meet OTIF, CFR, and quality targets. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, cost savings, and supply chain reliability within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in supply chain or related roles with leadership of 3+ people.
• Experience managing large spend categories across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to drive procurement and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 in direct materials and contract manufacturing spend.
• Drive Vendor Performance Management program across spend categories.
• Improve vendor management through continuous optimization.
• Ensure OTIF, CFR, and quality targets via cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify cost savings and manage procurement process improvements.
• Support sustainability initiatives.
