Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to lead supplier negotiations and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR. The role focuses on evaluating SOWs, PIAs, NDAs, and managing proposals in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience and is able to collaborate with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance including FAR/DFAR and ITAR, and ability to negotiate terms.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible export authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations.
• Review SOWs and develop PIAs/NDAs.
• Manage proposal and quotation activities and compliance packages.
• Identify and qualify suppliers; seek alternates as needed.
• Conduct cost and price analyses to support sourcing decisions.
• Oversee post‑award supplier performance and engagement with cross‑functional teams.
