Job summary

RTX Corporation, an aerospace and defense leader, seeks a procurement professional to manage DoD sourcing, RFQs, and supplier negotiations in Aurora, CO or remote US. Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR and oversee post-award performance.

You will review SOWs, perform cost analyses, lead supplier sourcing, and collaborate with EXIM, Legal and senior leadership. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience are preferred; US citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced related field.
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance (FAR/DFARS/ITAR).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience with SAP procurement tools such as PRISM and APEX.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs.
• Review quotes/proposals and analyze results.
• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy.
• Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations.
• Oversee post-award supplier performance and drive supplier engagement.
