• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, DFAR and FAR regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with long-term goals.
