Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in A&D SCM with a proven track record of leadership, and expertise in ERP/MRP systems, ITAR/EAR/FAR compliance, and supplier relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in A&D SCM with at least 5 years leading a team.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Infor LN, SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, DFAR, FAR regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligning with long-term goals and cost optimization.
• Align supply plans with sales forecasts and production schedules.
• Provide leadership to the purchasing team and ensure high performance.
• Develop KPIs and report purchasing performance to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners and drive lean improvements.
