As a Senior Procurement Manager based in Irvine, CA, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiencies across the evolving supply chain. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Operations, Finance) to align procurement strategies with business goals, ensuring scalability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category strategies for direct/indirect procurement, focusing on cost reduction, quality, and sustainability.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: supplier identification, RFP management, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain partnerships with global suppliers, conducting performance reviews and risk assessments.
• Analyze market trends and spend data to identify savings opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Drive innovation in procurement processes, leveraging automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with a background in the logistics industry is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support global supplier negotiations and cross-regional collaboration.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations.
• Professional certification (CPSM, CIPS, CSCP).
• Experience in e-commerce, technology, or retail industries.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and ESG compliance.
