About The Role

As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will also assist multiple departments with developing and executing sourcing and procurement strategies.

What You’ll Do
  1. Supervise and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and coaching.
  2. Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  3. Develop organizational policies, procedures, and playbooks.
  4. Collaborate with business partners and global teams to implement strategies.
  5. Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services.
  6. Manage contract renewals, expirations, and extensions, informing management of changes.
  7. Oversee supplier certification and conduct performance reviews.
  8. Mentor on outsourcing practices and manage diverse issues across locations and cultures.
  9. Review and approve contracts with service providers, ensuring standards compliance.
  10. Improve existing methods, processes, and standards.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required.
  • Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying performance expectations and resolving issues.
  • Leadership skills to enhance team impact on quality and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and inquisitiveness.
  • Advanced math skills for financial calculations.

Additional Information
