About The Role

As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will also assist multiple departments with the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies.

What You’ll Do
  1. Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  2. Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  3. Assist with developing company-wide policies, procedures, and organizational materials.
  4. Work with business partners and global teams to develop and implement strategies at various levels.
  5. Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts supporting procurement activities.
  6. Oversee contract processes, including terminations, expirations, and renewals, and inform management of changes.
  7. Handle supplier and contractor certification processes, conduct performance reviews, and manage costs.
  8. Mentor and educate teams on outsourcing practices, managing issues across different locations and cultures.
  9. Review and approve contracts with service providers, ensuring adherence to standards.
  10. Improve existing methods, processes, and standards.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required or eligibility.
  • Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent math skills for financial calculations.

Additional Information

The minimum salary is $115,000, and the maximum is $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 401(K), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and more. The application deadline is 05/18/25.
