About The Role

As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will also support multiple departments with sourcing and procurement strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate team activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
• Develop organizational policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with business partners and global teams to develop and implement strategies.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and business documents.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including terminations, extensions, and renewals.
• Oversee supplier certification and conduct performance reviews.
• Mentor on outsourcing practices and manage issues across diverse locations and cultures.
• Review and approve contracts with service providers, ensuring standards are met.
• Improve existing processes and standards.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5-8 years relevant experience; certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required or eligible.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interpersonal skills and advanced math abilities for financial calculations.

Additional Information
