Senior Procurement Manager (Renewables) — Remote (CST or EST) | Immediate Start | Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

We’re urgently seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join a fast-growing renewable energy company (client confidential). This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone and available to start immediately.

About the Role:

You’ll lead procurement and contract management for large-scale renewable energy projects—mainly solar and wind—ensuring the right equipment and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, engineering, and construction to drive value and keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for renewable asset development and construction.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for equipment and services throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain ongoing supplier and contract management during construction and operations.
• Support diverse and sustainable supply chain initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, including tariffs and trade barriers, to mitigate risks.
• Lead and mentor procurement team members.
• Manage purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and contract compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in procurement within the renewables/solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, international tariffs, and supply chain challenges.
• Ability to manage complex contracts and supplier relationships effectively.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be based in CST or EST time zones and ready to start immediately.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
