Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Procurement Senior Manager in the Boston area to lead sourcing, negotiate with global suppliers, and manage service provider relationships for outsourced services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or contract management experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI; ability to build trackers, dashboards, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain global and regional contracts and other business documents.
• Lead procurement workstream for new and expanding client accounts from pre-award through go-live.
• Develop category-level sourcing strategies for labs instrument services, calibration, consumables, and vendor support.
• Communicate renewal status, spend performance, and sourcing initiatives through structured reporting.
