Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years purchasing experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment using ERP; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of direct materials and services based on Oracle MRP data for the Optical Solutions Division (> $50M).
• Manage procurement metrics, cost savings, and on-time supplier performance with scorecards.
• Handle Master Supply Agreements and new supplier qualification with QA/engineering.
• Develop ERP procurement system; provide training and ensure ISO 9001 Clause 8.4 compliance.
• Coordinate supplier visits, negotiate pricing, monitor lead times, and review performance.
• Lead procurement team; supervise IR Buyers and training programs; ensure workload balance.
