Job summary

Three Tone Enterprise is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to build and lead our sourcing function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own supplier relationships across every category we buy, from fresh produce to industrial goods, and drive negotiations and volume leverage.

This role requires a seasoned procurement leader who can scale pricing programs, manage pallet‑level supply chains, and set a disciplined supplier pipeline in a fast‑moving retail/e‑commerce context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain leadership.
• Proven track record of leading supplier negotiations and complex terms.
• Experience building and managing a purchasing team.
• Comfort with cross‑category sourcing and fast‑paced environments.
• CRM discipline with an up‑to‑date supplier pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of buyers, including hiring and development.
• Create supplier communication strategy and daily playbook.
• Own supplier relationships across all categories and escalate issues.
• Lead pricing, rebates, volume terms, and commercial agreements negotiations.
• Consolidate spend to improve pricing, terms, and commitments.
• Ensure supply aligns with Amazon POs, velocity, and forecasted demand.
• Manage pallet-level and bulk purchasing with logistics partners.
• Maintain a current supplier pipeline in CRM and enforce standards.
• Collaborate across operations, logistics, e‑commerce, and leadership.
• Report to CEO on cost savings, supplier performance, and strategy.
• Identify new supplier and product opportunities; improve processes.
