Beast Industries is seeking a Manager of Procurement to lead fast-paced production and corporate sourcing. You will partner with Studio, Production, Tech, Legal, and executive leadership to deliver a fast, scalable, best-in-class procurement function.

With 7–12+ years in procurement, you will drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations while building scalable processes that support growth and protect timelines.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of procurement experience, with exposure to production/operations and corporate procurement.
• Background in media, entertainment, consumer products, or high-growth startups preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to source and procure in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Deep experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management across diverse categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for production and corporate spend, including technology, facilities, and services.
• Build and manage a vetted vendor network for high-value, on-short-notice needs.
• Design and implement an end-to-end procurement function that scales with the business.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and conduct regular vendor reviews.
• Provide executive-level reporting on procurement performance, savings, and risk.
