Qualifications

• 5–10 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with custom manufacturing, fabrication, or ETO/make-to-order operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with manufacturing goals and costs.
• Establish supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance management processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and strengthen supply chain performance.
• Build long-term supplier relationships while ensuring quality, pricing, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations for make-versus-buy decisions.
• Monitor lead times and inventory to minimize stockouts and delays.
