Job summary

Assertive Professionals is seeking a Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst to support the DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA. This on-site role requires active security clearance and extensive federal procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement support.
• Experience supporting market research, acquisition documentation, contract administration, or procurement analysis.
• Competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or procurement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS and other Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support DCSA ATE procurement and contract lifecycle activities, including documentation, market research, PWSs, IGCEs, D&Fs, and decision memoranda.
• Handle contract administration, procurement policy analysis, and service/hardware agreements.
• Track workflows, reporting, and repository maintenance using designated systems.
• Perform cost/price analysis and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
