Under minimal supervision, this role provides contract and procurement compliance analysis to ensure regulatory and contractual alignment with company policy. The position serves as a subject matter expert on complex procurement compliance, guiding interpretation of federal regulations and company requirements, and strengthening audit readiness across the procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 10+ years of progressive contracting/procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFAR, DEAR, CAS, ITAR and/or EAR regulations.
• Ability to independently research, interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
• Experience identifying compliance risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience coordinating complex work to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and possibly work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and complex business situations; advise stakeholders on actions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on procurement compliance; interpret regulations and policies.
• Provide risk-based guidance on complex procurement matters balancing regulatory requirements with business needs.
• Compile and analyze procurement data to identify trends and risk; develop controls and standards.
• Develop, implement, and audit procurement policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support internal/external audits, government reviews, and corrective action programs.
