Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 15+ years of progressive professional contracting and/or procurement compliance experience, or equivalent.
• 8+ years subcontract administration experience.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DEAR, CAS, ITAR and/or EAR regulations.
• Experience organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating work assignments to meet milestones.
• Strong Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre and post award procurement and subcontract documentation review to assess compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Analyzes data and develops innovative solutions to complex problems; advises on actions to be taken.
• Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends and develop process improvements and reports.
• Develops, implements and audits policies, procedures and documentation.
• Keeps aware of regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Represents the organization as a prime consultant and external spokesperson.
• May present internally or externally as required.
• Provides direction to staff and may participate in training.
