E-Logic, Inc. seeks a Senior Procurement Clerk (Hardware Lead) to serve as Key Personnel for a U.S. Navy technical management support contract. You will prepare documentation for complex procurements and collaborate with IDS Division personnel and the Acquisition Lead.

On-site position at NAWCAD Wolf, St. Inigoes, MD, requiring a Secret DoD clearance or ability to obtain one. Lead and train junior staff in procurement analytics and processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or qualifying substitution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience; at least 3 years in a business functional area with the DoD/ Navy.
• Active or ability to obtain Secret DoD clearance.

Responsabilités

• Acquisition support: perform material acquisition tasking and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Tracking & documentation: maintain procurements and draft government purchase requisitions using N-ERP.
• Data calls: support data calls and maintain records in IDS Division repository system.
• Leadership: direct, oversee, and train junior staff in analytical techniques.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Clerk (Hardware Lead) to serve as Key Personnel for a U.S. Navy technical management support contract. You will prepare documentation for complex procurements (large and small purchases) and collaborate with IDS Division project personnel and the Acquisition Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquisition Support: Perform material acquisition support tasking. Ensure compliance with all guidelines and processes.
• Tracking & Documentation: Maintain and track procurements while ensuring accurate records are kept. Utilize N-ERP to draft purchase requisitions for Government routing and execution regarding material or hardware services.
• Data Calls: Support data calls as needed. Maintain tracking documentation in the IDS Division Document Repository System.
• Leadership: Direct, oversee, and train junior staff in applying analytical techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline (or qualifying substitution).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience. At least 3 years of experience must be in a business functional area with the U.S. Navy or other DoD program.
• Skills: Experience with N-ERP procurement modules is highly desired. Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance.
