E Logic, Inc. seeks a Senior Management Analyst to serve as Key Personnel for a U.S. Navy technical management support contract. You will apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules for the IDS Division.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, data management and reporting, tool utilization with N-ERP and Excel, and mentorship of junior analysts to enhance analytical capabilities. Security clearance: Secret.

Formación

• Master's degree in Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline (or qualifying substitution).
• 10 years of experience; at least 3 years in a business functional area with the U.S. Navy or other DoD program.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience with N-ERP highly preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Management Analyst to serve as Key Personnel for a U.S. Navy technical management support contract. You will apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, analyzing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules for the Identification Systems (IDS) Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis of financial data and support Project Managers by providing recommendations to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Develop budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Data Management & Reporting: Track program and project status, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. Apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
• Tool Utilization: Utilize N-ERP to perform financial execution functions and support data calls. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Mentorship: Direct and mentor junior analysts and conduct training as necessary to enhance their understanding and application of analytical techniques.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline (or qualifying substitution).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience. At least 3 years of experience must be in a business functional area with the U.S. Navy or other DoD program.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience with N-ERP highly preferred.
• Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance.
