E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel on a U.S. Navy technical management support contract.

You will be the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, overseeing contractor performance and deliverables for the Identification Systems (IDS) Division. This role requires a Master’s degree, extensive DoD program management experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance.

Qualifikationen

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and supervise the work of contractor personnel, ensuring efficient program and project operations.
• Deliverable Management: Organize, plan, and oversee the production of all contract and subcontract support activities, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements.
• Stakeholder Support: Support the Government Project Lead (GPL) in addressing technical, program, and project-related issues and objectives.
• Resource Management: Maintain and update the personnel charging Staffing Plan, which includes detailed breakdowns of TDL and project funding per CLIN/SLIN/ACRN.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline (or qualifying substitution).
• Experience: Senior level experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary Government or defense contracts. Experience with Navy/DoD program management is highly preferred.
• Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance.
