Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing requisitions for CBLS base operations at Ft. Hood.
• Issue and review written purchase orders for accuracy up to $100,000 without redelegation.
• Conduct market research to determine best value and negotiate pricing.
• Establish sources and procure materials timely and cost-effectively while maintaining quality.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting legislation and codes.
