Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum three years’ experience supervising procurement functions and staff.
• Strong organizational and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all procurement processes to support the Base Operations contract.
• Supervise procurement staff and provide guidance or training.
• Ensure full compliance with Chugach APPM and FAR requirements.
• Maintain and update filing systems for contract documents and reports.
• Review and revise subcontractor contracts and proposals; advise stakeholders.
• Perform cost/price analyses to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.
• Prepare and issue award documents; negotiate with vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with operations staff to resolve contract deficiencies.
