Chenega MIOS is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support government contracts with a focus on sourcing, RFQs, and vendor management. The role offers remote/telework options and requires strong negotiation and compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of procurement experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with suppliers across technology, hardware, or software for government contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and CPSR requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with vendors, SBU, and subsidiary operations.
• Prepare RFQ activities and price analysis.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve fair and reasonable procurement prices.
• Set up new vendors and conduct due diligence for foreign vendors.
• Maintain vendor database and purchase records in accordance with policy.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely approval and payment alignment.
• Provide procurement guidance to Program Managers and related functions.
• Resolve purchasing issues and conduct PO closeout.
