Job summary

Accenture in Minneapolis is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead large-scale F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend finance domain mastery with AI, agentic tech, and modern ERP ecosystems to shape deals and build CFO-level relationships.

The role requires deep experience across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A, a track record closing multi-million engagements, and the ability to sell, shape, and deliver with senior stakeholders. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales/revenue component.
Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit to execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — act as trusted advisor to CFOs/CAOs and finance leadership.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models.
Shape compelling value propositions — translate transformation programs into narratives that win CFO confidence and close large-scale deals.
Deliver deep domain expertise — lead process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration in at least one F&A tower.
Set the thought leadership agenda — contribute to market viewpoints on Finance Reinvention and the future of finance.
