Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in bread, batter, fryer, or protein processing environments.
• Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple departments.
