Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Rendering Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, reliability, and performance of rendering plant equipment and infrastructure. The role provides leadership to maintenance teams, develops preventive and predictive programs, and ensures 24/7 operation of critical assets in a safe, environmentally compliant environment.

You will lead maintenance supervisors, coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and drive safety, quality, and cost objectives through

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance leadership experience.
Minimum 7-10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience in rendering or food processing preferred.
Experience managing maintenance budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and supervise maintenance supervisors, mechanics, and contractors.
Establish performance expectations and hold employees accountable for results.
Provide coaching, training, and succession planning for maintenance personnel.
Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause investigations.
