Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in process improvement or reengineering.
• Six Sigma Black or Master Black Belt certification required.
• Experience with data gathering, analytics, problem identification, and presenting recommendations.
• Experience with financial and risk analysis including cost-benefit analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques within the function.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from opportunity through implementation and benefits realization.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and execute strategic initiatives improving growth and efficiency.
• Develop long-term transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design future-state processes, operating models, and controls aligned with strategy.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for impact.
• Lead end-to-end diagnostic and process engineering using mapping, capacity modeling, and time studies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to address complex challenges.
• Translate findings into concise recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Establish governance and reporting structures for large-scale transformations.
