You will partner with cross-functional teams to design the future-state operating model, define Day One readiness, and establish governance structures supporting a major digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operating model design, business transformation, business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting.
• Experience designing or implementing future-state operating models within complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow design, governance models, and operational readiness planning.

Responsibilities

• Operating Model Design: define future-state operating model, governance, roles, and support models.
• Business Readiness & Operational Planning: establish Day One readiness, requirements, communication, issue management, ownership, escalation.
• Process Analysis & BAU Development: evaluate current-state processes and create scalable BAU workflows and procedures.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align the model with business needs.
• Documentation & Governance: produce process maps, SOPs, governance docs, and RACI matrices.
