Job summary
Beacon Hill in King of Prussia, PA, seeks a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to drive operational excellence through process redesign, automation, and data-driven decisions. You will partner with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Data teams to improve workflows and system effectiveness across functions.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects, analyze KPIs and SLAs, and develop reporting that informs leadership decisions while supporting transformation
Qualifications
- Experience in Operational Excellence and process improvement.
- Strong root-cause analysis and process redesign experience.
- Experience with KPIs, SLAs, and performance reporting.
- ERP experience, SAP preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for turning data into improvements.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs, SLAs, workflow performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Data teams to improve business processes and system effectiveness.
- Drive automation and workflow optimization efforts that reduce manual work and improve service levels.
- Support organizational transformation and process standardization initiatives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on process improvement projects.
- Develop reporting and insights to help leadership make better operational decisions.
