• Support large enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state processes and operating models to identify improvements.
• Support design of enhanced operating, service, and delivery models.
• Serve as a liaison for Technology teams during solution design, development, and testing.
• Conduct scope definition and execution analysis.
• Provide consultative guidance to partners and project teams.
