Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or similar high-tech industry.
• Preferred 3+ years’ experience in Applications or Process Engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field.
• Etch or process background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
• Work with the customer to optimize tool performance to meet process and integration requirements.
• Check and approve operational quality of system equipment; instruct customers in operation and maintenance.
• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation and oversee diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of equipment.
• Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies.
