Job summary

Novo Nordisk's Petersburg, Virginia site seeks a dedicated Site Subject Matter Expert to provide process, technical and strategic support, and to lead critical projects. You will act as a coach/mentor to Process Professionals and communicate with Vendors and Engineering Firms on technical matters.

Roles require Lean and Six Sigma proficiency, strong change control, and readiness to support cGMP and regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or related field required with 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, may consider an Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• LEAN manufacturing experience and training required.
• Excellent written communication skills, investigative writing and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide site SME support for department; lead and support various projects.
• Coach/mentor area Process Professionals.
• Communicate with Vendors, Engineering Firms regarding projects and technical issues.
• Complete assigned projects within cost, quality and schedule.
• Present project status updates to Senior Management.
