Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Petersburg, Virginia site. You will oversee the full lifecycle of new facility/production line projects, from conception through completion, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and schedule compliance while leading a capable PM team.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 9+ years of leadership and PM experience in manufacturing, with capital projects >$20M, and knowledge of GMP processes and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of leadership & project management in manufacturing.
• Experience with Capital Investment Projects >$20M and product/process transfers.
• Change management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define overall project scope and establish detailed proposals from consultants.
• Create business cases and present to senior management for funding.
• Organize multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver on scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Manage major milestones, costs, and change control; report risks and status.
• Ensure lifecycle activities align with GMP and site procedures.
