Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Manager of Processes & Policies in Miami to lead process improvement initiatives across Supply Chain.

You will design and implement projects, collaborate with functional leaders, and develop standardized playbooks for Source-to-Pay and Requisition-to-Delivery, driving continuous improvement and governance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in supply chain management, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management with process improvement focus.
• Experience with supply chain transformation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and supply chain software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement process improvement projects aligned with Supply Chain goals.
• Work with functional leaders to understand business needs and structure projects accordingly.
• Develop standardized playbooks for Source-to-Pay and Requisition-to-Delivery processes.
• Implement a culture of continuous improvement across the function.
• Provide training and support to Supply Chain staff on new processes.
• Ensure tracking of projects and compliance with Supply Chain policies.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain operations and stay current with industry best practices.
