Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group is seeking a Project Manager - Process Piping to join our Client's team in the United States. You will manage HVAC/process projects, develop client bases, and coordinate field labor with leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and 5+ years in estimating, design, or management of HVAC projects ranging from $50,000 to $25+ million. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects.
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Be the single-source responsibility to client and customer.
• Promote and finalize sales through concept engineering, estimates, proposals, and meetings.
• Manage contracts including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution.
• Coordinate field labor and installation sequencing between customer and field leadership.
• Forecast budgets, control costs, and prepare letters, contracts, and change orders.
• Handle billing with clear understanding of job costs.
• Lead client meetings and develop contracts to finalize sales.
• Provide project coordination and guidance across Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction and Service.
• Mentor others and participate in recruiting, training, and coaching of sales staff.
