Job summary

Boyd Thermal Solutions Inc. seeks a senior process-improvement leader to map end-to-end processes, diagnose inefficiencies, and drive redesign using DMAIC/DFSS and Lean Six Sigma principles. You will lead data-driven change with cross-functional teams near the work site.

You will implement changes, align redesigned processes to Eaton value streams, and scale automation and AI in transactional workflows while ensuring adoption across sites. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery of DMAIC and DMADV/DFSS with validated results.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred; Black Belt required.
• Strong analytical and data skills for baselines and variation analysis.
• Experience setting enterprise process standards or operating models.
• Hands-on exposure to automation and AI in transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Map Boyd's end-to-end processes across transactional and operational value streams.
• Instrument high-value flows with process mining to quantify cycle times and variants.
• Redesign processes aligned to Eaton value streams and drive standardization.
• Own the change and build coalitions across leaders to ensure adoption.
• Pilot and scale new tools (AI agents, RPA) in bounded experiments.
