Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 5–10+ years’ experience.
• Ability to read/interpret complex documents and present to top management.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills including advanced calculus and algebra.

Responsibilities

• Lead production transitions from engineering to production with SOPs.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency through workflow and layout optimization.
• Oversee Capex projects and ROI alignment for the engineering dept.
• Design fixtures/tools with solid modeling and create GD&T drawings.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and customer-facing documents.
• Support sales with datasheets, analysis, and cost/bid information.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for fabrication, testing, and delivery of hardware.
• Manage delivery schedules, quality, and customer communications; monitor budgets.
• Protect IP and coordinate with patent processes as needed.
