You'll apply DMAIC/DFSS, Lean Six Sigma, and AI/RPA to redesign processes, align with Eaton value streams, build coalitions, and scale proven capabilities through a controlled, repeatable approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years driving process improvement and transformation across multiple functions.
• DMAIC/DFSS mastery with real project results.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt mandatory; Master Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical/data skills; ability to build baselines and prove results.
• Fluent in creating enterprise process standards or operating models.
• Hands-on automation/AI experience in transactional work (RPA, process mining).
• Executive-level influence; able to drive change without formal authority.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.

Responsibilities

• See and diagnose the work; map end-to-end business processes across value streams.
• Instrument high-value flows with process and task mining to build factual views.
• Quantify current-state costs; rank opportunities by value and speed to proof.
• Redesign processes; align target state with outcomes, not legacy systems.
• Align redesigned processes to Eaton value streams to avoid orphaned processes.
• Sequence standardization before automation; apply AI/agents where viable.
• Own change management and land adoption; build coalitions with leaders.
• Scale proven capabilities across Eaton via pilots and controlled rollouts.
• Collaborate with system teams to institutionalize Boyd proof as Eaton standard.
