The incumbent will map processes, redesign for value streams, implement changes, and incubate scalable solutions with automation and AI; travel up to 30% across Eaton locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years driving process improvement and process transformation across transactional and corporate functions.
• Demonstrated mastery of DMAIC and DMADV/DFSS with validated results.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred (Black Belt required).
• Strong analytical and data skills: building baselines, analyzing variation, and proving results with data.
• Process mapping fluency (value stream mapping, SIPOC, swim-lane, process capability analysis).

Responsibilities

• See and diagnose the work by mapping end-to-end processes and quantifying current-state performance.
• Reimagine and redesign processes aligned with enterprise value streams and standards.
• Implement and land the change by building coalitions, securing funding, and driving adoption.
• Incubate and scale successful capabilities across Eaton with pilots, evidence, and knowledge sharing.
