Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial operations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance leadership or superintendent role.
• Experience with fixed plant equipment and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance to maximize plant availability and safety.
• Develop, plan, and coordinate maintenance work plans, budgets, and reliability metrics.
• Manage maintenance supervisors, planners, engineers, trades personnel, and contractors to drive reliability and compliance.
