Jerritt Canyon is seeking a Process Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance for the gold processing plant in Nevada. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate planned and corrective work, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance Planning to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead-hand experience.
• Experience with mineral-processing equipment and CMMS.
• Strong safety, reliability, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of LOTO, confined-space and mining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance personnel at the gold processing plant.
• Coordinate planned, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize availability.
• Prioritize work based on safety, production needs, and equipment condition.
• Ensure maintenance is performed safely and in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor critical equipment and identify reliability improvements.
• Coordinate with Operations to safely isolate equipment using lockout/tagout.
