Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 4+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience in processing, fabrication, or nanotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific research enabling manufacture of innovative device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specs for their process.
• Contribute to development of intellectual property.
• Integrate steps for manufacture of complex microprocessors.
• Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer technology via Copy Exactly Methodology.
